Reasons for leakage in the sealing of automatic bottle blowing machine

1. Is the pressure of the sealing cylinder enough? If a low-pressure sealing cylinder is selected, the low-pressure pressure can be kept below 8 kg, and there is no problem with ordinary water bottles. But it also depends on the high-pressure blowing pressure. If the high-pressure blowing pressure is too high, the sealing cylinder will be pressed down. If the high-pressure pressure is reduced, the bottle shape can be blown. Try to reduce the high-pressure pressure, or if the high-pressure pressure is too high and the clamping pressure is too low, the mold will be stretched open, which will also cause the seal to leak. The automatic clamping pressure can be increased.

2. Is the sealing glue damaged or aligned with the sealing part? If it deviates from the sealing part, it will leak.

3. Is the cylinder body or seal of the sealing cylinder damaged? If the seal is damaged, it can be directly reflected. Open the solenoid valve of the sealing cylinder and you will know.

4. Is the solenoid valve of the sealing cylinder leaking or stuck or exhausting smoothly? These are also the reasons that affect the leakage of the sealing cylinder.
